In the planning phase, we’ll help you obtain artist pricing and availability, submit artist offers and handle negotiations (always advocating on your behalf and to your benefit), and review performance plans and checklists to ensure that every aspect of the show is taken care of.

We will handle all contract negotiations with the artist and production vendors, working to secure the absolute best terms for our clients. This includes artist contract terms, hospitality and travel rider requirements, audio/visual rider requirements, payment schedules, and cancelation and refund terms. We also negotiate with production partners to ensure that all equipment, services, and payment schedules are in place for a successful event.

In the show advance phase, we deploy our Advance the Show™ process: we conduct multiple checklists, unite all the relevant parties, and ensure all responsibilities are delegated and accounted for. We confirm optimal timelines and day-of logistics, coordinate with artist management and production partners, and make sure that all transportation, equipment, weather, and power contingency plans are in place. Our availability before, during, and after an event means that you can count on us to be there whenever you need us.
