Alec Benjamin is an American singer-songwriter from Phoenix, Arizona. He was born and raised in Phoenix, where he started playing music at a young age. Alec's sound can be described as narrative pop and his lyrical stories have earned him comparisons to artists such as Paul Simon and Jason Mraz. He built up a following by performing in parking lots outside of concert venues and handing out business cards to potential fans. His debut mixtape "Narrated for You" was released in November 2018, featuring the breakout hit "Let Me Down Slowly".
