"Mae Martin is a Canadian comedian and actor based in London. They began their career in comedy at the age of 13, and have since won two Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Newcomer and Best Female Standup. Martin has released two comedy albums, Mae Day and Lolly Adefope's Christmas, both of which were nominated for Juno awards. In addition to stand-up, they've also worked extensively on radio with BBC Radio 4. Most recently they co-created the Netflix series "Feel Good" based loosely on their own life story. The show was critically acclaimed and received nominations for a BAFTA TV Award for Best Female Comedy Performance as well as a Primetime Emmy Award nomination."
